We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please do not return an item to us prior to consulting with us. We do not have a storage facility, and if you return an item it will be returned to our fulfillment center.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Damaged item – The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives at you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving the item! Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Because each and every item is made after the order for an individual customer, we do not typically offer refunds for the items that arrived damaged or misprinted/defective, but we will gladly send you a free replacement.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Wrong Color/Size – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.
