Let’s keep things simple :
- When buying , make sure to check the size chart. Since our clothing is made after the order – we can’t accept returns for a different size.
- We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
- If there’s a problem with a print quality of your product, please contact us, we will make sure to replace it.
- If the product arrived damaged, please contact us.
- If the packet was lost in the mail, please contact us, we will sort it out.
- If you have any question or a problem regarding the order, please get in touch.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
